A change of scenery...

Please, follow these sweet little feet as they march over to Momocrats today. We're talking about--wait for it--INSURANCE. Surprising, I know. But until our words reach the right people, we can't stop speaking them.

jen, friend, thanks again for this opportunity.

My kids thank you, too.

Kyla.

I can't believe what you've been through with all of this. Reading your story - wow.

I'm aghast.

Mostly, though, I remember this sweet, adorable, funny, fresh-faced young thing at blogher, and I'm trying to put your lovely, fresh sweetness together with this amazingly strong, tough-as-balls woman you're demonstrating yourself to be through enduring in the face of such challenge.

I bow low to your strength, and I'm so honored to know you - and honored that you would share your story, because it can't be easy, and because you have done it so articulately.

xoxoxoxo because you deserve all the hugs and kisses in the world.

I went over there earlier, and posted a comment. Thank you for writing that post.

And now I have a nice Momocrats button, too!

Good for you for getting the word out Kyla!

Thanks for your post at the MOMocrats. Why our elected officials aren't moved by stories like yours is beyond me.

I read your post a MOMocrats and it was awesome. I felt like maybe I shouldn't comment there because, as a Canadian, I have no freakin' clue how lucky I am. Still. I wanted you to know that you did a great job articulating your struggle. I hope things change. Soon.

I just want to kick something every time I think about your insurance situation. Kick something like a Republican.

Grrrrr.

I have nothing to say even close to nice about republicans so I refrain from attempting. I'm trying my best not to make a huge "I choose so and so" on my blog but I'll have to.

I don't care who is in office or what party they belong to. Just do the right thing and spend money where it is needed and not for selfish reasons or because you can.
