What's in your car?

I like the hedge trimmer... its for good measure. If you ever drive by my house feel free to do a little pruning ;)
Yeah, you never know when you're going to drive by a crappy hedge that needs trimmed!
I just a got a new car (used, new to me!) and I'm keeping it spiffed out. All that you will find is a basket of children's books next to E's car seat. We'll see how long I can keep that up.
Wow. I have almost nothing in my car, beyond a stack of cloth grocery bags that I almost always forget to take into the store.
Then again, I don't live in my car the way you probably do.
You don't even want to know...with six kids in and out of my van every day, it's ugly!
Okay, I was following right along. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Sounds a lot like my car a few years ago. (Not because my kids have gotten neater...just that they've grown up a bit and there aren't so many magic wands and head bands floating about)
But, then I got to : hedge trimmer
Okay, you lost me on that one.
Oh wait, I get it...
It's a jungle in there!!!!!!!!
There is neither time nor space for me to list what's in my car. At least 3 or 4 times that much and none nearly as useful I fear.
Off the top of my head, a stereo receiver, a bag of road salt, a Sagwa The Chinese Siamese Cat sheet, a Ziploc bag of toys and a whole lot of napkins.
I will never admit all that is in my car. At least 9/10 of it belongs in the trash can. It's not too bad right now because I just cleaned it out for our trip. Although, H took it home with him and I accidentally left my driver's license in it!! OOPS!
My car has a huge mess in it. Lots of empty Diet Coke bottles from my husband for a start. There's some trash. A sun hat. A stroller. An outdated atlas.
Clearly my car needs a magic wand and a feather boa. Also a good cleaning.
I have a constant supply of folding chairs for soccer and baseball game because I hate sitting in the bleachers. I usually have a pair or two of Dash's shoes because he thinks my car is his closet. And fish cracker crumbs...everywhere....sigh...
I just thought you might look cute in that headband.
I think something died in there...
some time ago. There might still be bones somewhere.
your car sounds a lot like mine.
right now my favorite thing in my car are the rocks we plucked from the river earlier today.
ahh... vacation...
(my least favorite thing? my NOT working a/c. grr......)
Ah...right now there is absolutely nothing in my car. Nothing. And no one (including me!) eats or drinks in it. Can you tell my kids have grown up?
When they were little, we could have lived out of my car for a week, no problem. In fact, when we would go places in my husband's company car, the boys would ask for things: paper? crackers? a book? a sweatshirt? When the answer was no, they would indignantly say, "If we were in Mom's car, we would have what we needed!" And they were right.
I love this post. The hedge trimmers made me chuckle. :)
I dunno but whatever it is, it smells pretty bad.
