This is a video of KayTar and the shaving cream. Isn't it unreal?!? We didn't think it would happen the second time, but it did. Needless to say, we've moved her sensory eval to the front of the line.

This is heartbreaking. First (and I know you know this) your daughter is just beautiful. Even in her discomfort you can tell that she is a beautiful child.
I share your frustration with the run around you are getting about that scan. How can one person say they see not one, but two abnormalities, and the next day - nothing. I really hope you get answers soon. I just wanted you to know I am thinking about you.
Kyla...my son is a gagger. We figure it's his way of saying "Yuck!" when he can't speak the words. He sees spaghetti 6 tables away in a restaurant and gags. He sees ANYTHING resembling spaghetti and gags. Currently, bananas cause the same reaction. Real ones, bananas on TV....gagarific. It is the single most frustrating aspect of his issues.
Okay. I keep coming back to this. I just showed it to my husband. I gotta say first that KayTar is GORGEOUS! She's a truly sweet faced little pumkin.
I wonder so much if her similarities (gagging over texture) to my son are just sensory related, or if there's more to it. I've only *met* one other child that did what Bugga and KayTar do with their gagging. Also, and I know that this is a really inappropriate question for a random internet reader to hedge around.....I think you're in my state!
