Yesterday I wore a t-shirt and a pair of track pants. KayTar and I had a conversation about it in the car.
K: What are you WEARING?
M: My clothes.
K: No. WHAT are you WEARING?
M: A shirt and pants.
K: No. WHAT are you WEARING?
M: A white shirt and black pants.

M: I don't know, KayTar. I'm wearing my clothes.
K: No. You wearing you PAJAMAS...hahahahaha!

ReplyDeleteI realized that I am the queen of casual dressing when my children gasped one day when I had a dress on for a meeting, then proceeded to manhandle me like a goat at the pettting zoo, whispering, "You look so PRETTY!"
ReplyDeleteThe Baby is always telling me sternly that I should "wear a DRESS, MAMA."
ReplyDeleteShe is adorable!

ReplyDeleteA KayTar joke! Stacey and Clinton would've loved it :)

ReplyDeleteVery, very funny. :)
I get commentaries on my clothes, too, though it seems that so far I get the positives and can assume the ignoring times are negatives. Which, still better than Misterpie, who never notices at all.
